- Breach of Contract: Defended client against claim brought by a vendor which provided services to client. Plaintiff claimed that client had breach agreement by refusing to allow placement of ATMS and vending machines at its new corporate headquarters. Through traditional and electronic discovery we established the existence of a potentially forged document. Ultimately the complaint was dismissed without Plaintiff receiving anything, and it was dismissed in such a way that the client could pursue Plaintiff for malicious prosecution and/or criminal charges.
